Quaker weddings do not happen very often, but when they do they are delightful.
Quakers are permitted by law to hold weddings without the requirement for an additional civil ceremony at which a public superintendent registrar is present. The Area Meeting Registering Officer is charged with ensuring compliance with the legal obligations, and must therefore be both consulted and involved.
The Registering Officer is Frances Attree.
Quaker Faith and Practice (fifth edition) devotes a chapter (16) to Quaker marriage procedure, including the right holding of the Meeting for Worship for the Solemnisation of the Marriage (the wedding).
